If you wish to appeal a ban, on one of our servers, please use the following guidelines.
1. Check if your ban has been posted on the corresponding forum:
AA Temporary BansAA Permanent BansBF2 Temporary BansBF2 Permanent Bans-After finding the post for your ban, post your appeal.
(Please allow 24 hours for us to post your ban.)
2. If your ban has not been posted, and 24 hours have past, you may post your appeal in the correct forum. Please list the following info:
- Ingame name
- Day and time of ban
- Reason given (if any) for ban
- Name of admin who issued ban (if known)
- Appeal your ban in a mature, respectful manner
Follow our
Forum Rules when posting an appeal. Do
not use this post to rant about your ban. It will be a waste of our time, as well as yours. Simply state the facts. Do not abuse our members or admins. This will only prevent your ban from being resolved.
Do not use our Teamspeak to resolve bans. We resolve most ban via the forums. You may be contacted by private message, as part of our appeal process.
Please allow up to 24 hours, for a response to your appeal.
